My name is Aleksandra Kajpust. I am a registered psychologist based in Melbourne.
For as long as I can remember, I’ve been deeply drawn to people’s unique stories - their inner worlds, turning points, and quiet transformations. There’s something powerful about witnessing how personal experiences shape who we become.
This lifelong curiosity naturally guided me toward the field of psychology. Today, I support others in understanding their minds, reconnecting with themselves, and tapping into their full potential. My professional practice is informed by a blend of evidence-based psychological approaches and years of extensive training, and the insights I’ve gained from my own life journey.
Outside the therapy room, I find balance and inspiration in movement - through a regular yoga practice and the freedom of contemporary dance. My inner wanderer comes alive through travel and cultural exploration. And when it’s time to truly recharge, you’ll find me camping by the ocean, soaking up the sun - preferably with a jar of pickles in hand.
